This simple mod does two things, It gives people of Russian, Bielorussian and Ukrainian culture an obsession to Liquor, it gives Dixies and yankees an obsession to small arms, and it gives North and South germans an obsession regarding meat.
It also, theoretically, makes small arms a good that can fulfill the ‘Luxury item’ pop need, to make it buyable by wealthy enough pops, however this last part is more in theory than practice.
