Better Population Growth
Better Population Growth is a lightweight revision of the population growth algorithm intended to approximate historical population trends. Population growth in Victoria 3 tends to be ahistorically low, which limits economic growth and even causes many states to become depopulated when they shouldn’t. In the base game, hardly any countries manage to reach even 1% annual population growth before migration, about the average for Europe during the 19th century. With this mod enabled population growth is generally higher and responds more realistically to standard of living.
