Also you need the "Console Commands" permission to spawn items.

This mod adds a menu that allows you to spawn any items from any mods.

Also you need to install the clientside Lua:
1. Open console (F3)
2. Input "install_cl_lua"
3. Restart the game

After that, you will have a small button on the bottom right of the screen.
