Description:

This is Sunday league’s inhouse mod – if you aren’t playing in the Sunday league MP games, this might not be interesting to you (unless you like big conversions full of undocumented changes 😉 )

This is version 2.0 Beta

Defines:
Increased base assimilation and conversion rate dramatically

Added assimilation bonuses to low pop provinces (these are the biggest migrant hogs, so it makes sense)

*Integrated "Improved Automation" which improves the conditions for auto expand
*Integrated Cash transfers mod, so nations can send money gifts of varying sizes
*Integrated state transfer tool, so players can trade regions if so desired.

Added initial Tech tree and Production methods for "Military doctrines"
Removalrevision of several oppressive state traits (tuned down Italian alps, pyrenees, Sierra madre, andes –
removed Sierra madre from some coastal provinces and made a lighter version of andes for states that have huge pop centers away from the mountians)

Nations:
Ottomans: Improved bonuses for completing partial and entire Tanzimat journal entries, as well as improving the rewards for taking progressive choices in some events.
If you finish 3 or more of the part goals ,you get a nice combined modifier that will reallybuff the country.
Honorable restoration: Buffed all rewards, also added small detraction effects for landowners in events where you work against their will (oppose isolationism events etc)
Made Sardinians more educated than Sicilians, as was the case (also, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ flavor). Made the starts more similar to Vic2, with SAR being more developed per capita – but ofc SCI has waaay more people.
Added about 10-15% Arable land to north Americas.

New technologies: Era 6 techs to extend the timeline of viable research. Tech levels for "Military doctrines" – now implemented as institutions

Two new military institutions:
Military academies: Better education for your generals, as well as efficiency buffs
Military doctrine: Influence how your armies make war, by styling their tactics on four different doctrines (inspired by HoI 4 land doctrines)

New Journal entry for Sardinia piedmont – The diplomacy of Conti Cavour (as seen in V2 HPM/HFM). Offer France Savoy, in exchange for support in a war for Lombardia

New diplo action: Share technology. An ongoing diplopact where the sender gives a positive tech spread and some education to the receiver, for 2.5% of their income. The receiver must be 4 techs ahead to propose, and the treaty will break if receiver is within 2 techs.
New diplo play: Annex minor. Start a play to annex a nation of less than 4 states. Infamy scales as with regular conquer state.

Added claims in Indonesia to D.East indies, and South africa for SAF, as well as aggressive strategies. Fat ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ chance they’ll use them for anything though :shrug:
Made East India company not automagically become a puppet, which will make it more suitable for player placement.
