Diplomacy Pack – Tata Horse Whisperer edition
Contains many features to make the diplomatic aspect of Attila/Bel/Cha more engaging and slightly easier.
–State gifts are 70% cheaper to rescue you from bad situations. Don’t overuse it, but once war breaks out it is too late to use this feature. It is useful to foster alliances with non-hostile parties and to keep your vassals from rebelling.
–All diplomatic treaties are about 10% easier to obtain, but still scaled relative to the ai personality.
Focus was on trade agreements, non-aggression packs, military access, alliances, etc. However, vassalships are harder to obtain than in vanilla.
–Hostilities fade more quickly.
–Treason from allies and vassals no longer results in war. For offensive actions, both sides need to invite the other. For defensive conflicts, treachery only results in a break in the alliance.
–Some personalities of the AI are more likely to engage longer in diplomacy and consider better deals.
–Merged Client-States into Vassalships for the time being. Client states from the startpos act in the same way as vassalships.
