Gets rid of some effects that I find distracting or over the top.

– cloud of smoke from Cairn Wraiths
– smoke and aura effects from Mortis Engine
– blue flames from Black Coach
– dark aura from Corpse Cart (and variants)
– cloud of smoke from Mannfred
– glowing smoke from unholy lodestone corpse carts
– reduced flames from balefire corpse carts
