Spanish Philippines Flavor and Immersion
Spanish Philippines Flavor and Immersion is a project that plans to add details and Flavor to the Philippines Islands, or what was known as the Spanish East Indies. As a secondary goal it may add more flavor to the Sulu and Maguindanao Sultanates. This will be an ongoing mod those scope is likely to creep and get bigger over time as I learn how to mod in my spare time.

Reduced slave population so as not to trigger slave owner paranoia event
NOTE: At start of the game the state very quickly goes into debt. I will balance this eventually, but in the meantime I suggest you raise taxes at the start of the game

-Indonesia Strategic region graphical culture changed from Asian to Latin. This is so that the Philippines has colonial Spanish architecture, which is more accurate than East Asian (Note that this change will affect ALL buildings in the Indonesia region like Aceh, Java, etc. because the graphical cultures have a default region. I still need to learn how to make an exception.)
-Changed Slavery Law from Slave Trade to Debt Slavery
-Split Micronesia into East and West Micronesia
-Made West Micronesia an unrecognized power
-Added National Decision to Annex West Micronesia
-Added Level 3 Coffee Plantations and Level 1 University to Luzon
-Changed Tobacco and Sugar Plantations in Luzon to Level 3
