기존에 제공되는 식자율은 코스트대비 너무 리턴이 적다고 생각했고, 국가간 군대의 질적 수준의 차이가 시스템상으로는 다소 부족하다고 생각합니다. 따라서 이를 합리적으로 개선하기 위해 식자율에 따라서 군부대에 디버프와 버프가 제공됩니다.
기준이 되는 식자율은 현 버전은 20% / 40% / 60% / 80%입니다.
