Summoned on a stormy night, this player was summoned by the spirits of Aether to help protect the land from agents of the abyss. Once a normal German shepherd, now a rouge champion of lightning with his electric affinity amplified by the land of Aether’s natural elemental powers.

–Guide–
Dusk is an all-arond character that focuses on catching opponents with their specials, as well as mixing up approaches and reads with their general moveset.

-Neutral Special sends out a fast and small dart that deals minor damage and slightly knocks opponents back. You can cancel it by landing, so if you short hop and time it just right, you can throw out two darts in quick succession!

-Forward Special throws a vial of venom shock at a high arc that falls to the ground, allowing you to toss it out early in a combo to potentially catch someone approaching or escaping, or it can be utilized to simply catch someone above you! Once it hits, it will stun the opponent temporarily, allowing you to rush in and land a hit or two! In the air, fspecial will make dusk hop a bit and keep your horizontal momentum, making for a small defensive recovery move.

-Up Special spins you high into the air for a multi hit, but leaves you vulnerable upon your descent. At the start of Up
Special, Dusk kicks a bolt of lightning down below him, acting as a very brief spike if you space it right!

-Down Special is Dusk’s main technique, electro storm, which puts a large square of smoke down that deals damage every second an enemy is in it, and allows you to safely teleport out to any side of the smoke if you hold in that direction. If any of your specials come into contact with the cloud, it will burst into a large hitbox to deal extra damage and knock opponents away! If you manage to catch anyone in the electro storm, warping up into upspecial, down into fspecial, or left or right into nspecial or dash attack are great ways of catching opponents off guard, they’ll never know which way you’re going!

-Ustrong has a hitbox at it’s peak that brings opponents in for it’s sweetspot. This is most helpful for players on high platforms. You can even reach up to the platforms on Air Armada with it!

-Dstrong has a small spiking hitbox where the dagger is. If you time and space it just right, you can get a very powerful potential killing strike on them.

-Dair can either knock an opponent forward with it’ outer sour spots, or spike them down with it’s inner sweet spot!

-Ftilt hits slightly behind where you are. It may be good to utilize if an opponent manages to roll behind you!
