Description:

The Phosphorescent Potionist VISSELLE emerges from the mysterious deep sea into the world of Aether, bringing a slew of alchemical concoctions for Another Workshop Jam!

Visselle has dominion over potions and brews, and fights in an unorthodox manner due to not being able to directly charge her Strong attacks. instead all her Strong attacks share the same brewing meter, which is built up through manners other than simply stopping and charging the strong. Your Strong attacks, uncharged, are not “strong” at all, but with accurate resource management you can blast your opponents with charged Strongs!

Tapping a Strong attack will simply execute a (rather paradoxically) Weak Strong, which while useful, has zero use as a kill move. Hold the input instead, however, with one full bar of meter, to use a Charged Strong, with a damage output proportional to how many full bars of charge you have when executing it. Do note that your meter is completely depleted if you use a Charged Strong attack.

Neutral Special is Jellyflask Lob, and requires a bar of meter to use. You can, however, hold the input to charge meter passively, with the ability to walk and jump around, but not attack. On release, Visselle throws a potion forward which either breaks in contact with someone or lands on the ground, turning into a cauldron.
Cauldrons stay on the stage and can be knocked around by attacks. If Neutral Special is pressed while a cauldron is out, it shall be detonated, executing an attack and being consumed.

Down Special, Alchemy Table, allows you to swap your potion into any of 5 total, with different throwing arcs and cauldron detonations. They are as follow:
Urchin Jellyflask: Upon detonation turns into an urchin that spikes out, which can be knocked around into opponents.
Zap Jellyflask: Upon detonation breaks open into a conductive goop, which ascends while zapping anyone it touches.
Basic Jellyflask: The one you start the match with, this potion simply detonates into a medium ranged blast of potion water.
Tide Jellyflask: Bursts into two bi-colored waves, which travel opposite directions with high range, along the ground.
Star Jellyflask: Turns into a star which rapidly spins, homing onto Visselle’s position. A quite devastating and accurate projectile with proper spacing.
Aditionally, hitting any type of cauldron with a strong attack will IMPRINT it with said Strong’s properties, and turn it into a Strong Cauldron – upon detonation with another press of NSpec, this cauldron turns into a goo replica of Visselle, which executes the Strong it was assigned to. You can hit a Strong Cauldron with a different Strong to reassign it, but you cannot turn it back into a regular cauldron.

All of your attacks passively give you a tiny bit of meter, but Side Special, Witch Twist, gives you a substantial amount for every hit it deals. Additionally, it bounces off of walls, opponents and cauldrons.
Up Special, Alchemy Burst, requires one bar of charge to be utilized, so one must either hold the input to charge enough bar for the move to be executed, or instantly use it if you already have the resource. This combined with Visselle’s amazing air game can assure a great recovery, at the cost of your resource

Other, slightly unorthodox tidbits to keep in mind:
UAir either causes Visselle to ascend or stay on the ground, if she holds or taps the input respectively.
DTilt has a tiny hitbox, but is guaranteed to “trip” opponents.
UAir sends Visselle downwards relatively to her vertical speed, similarly to Orcane’s FAir.
