Parliamentary Head of State Flavor
Decided to add more flavor to the titles for the Heads of State of Parliamentary Republics as it didn’t make sense for Chancellor to be used for every country.
This mod changes the generic title to Prime Minister and uses Chancellor for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and NGF + SGF. Also adds Taoiseach for Ireland and Minister-President for all the other German tags.
Update:
Added First Secretary title for American tags and Premier title for Chinese tags.
Only known issue is that Ireland uses Prime Minister instead of Taoiseach if released by parliamentary Britain.
