True Lucky Nations
In base EU4, the Random Lucky Nations option is not truly random. It’s weighed towards nations that have a greater development score and have embraced more institutions. I always found this sort of frustrating!
All this mod does is make sure that the lucky nations chosen by the game are truly random if you choose this option, which will hopefully result in more diverse and interesting game scenarios.
