All Islands Are Provinces
This mod makes a bunch of islands all over the world into their own provinces, similar to venice or other small islands.
The islands selected all played a strategic or historical roles in the time period of the game, particularly ones with lots of trade. This mod puts an interesting twist on regular gameplay by allowing navies across the world to protect retreating armies and serve more of a strategic role.
