Better Public Trading Method
Did you know that switching to Public Trading Method in the base game is pretty much always a negative and has 0 flavor? The reason being that you pay more wages, reducing profitability and your investment pool too, while only getting a very small QoL improvment because of more capitalists.
This mod changes that completely, now all employes are shareholders(exept laborers), but capitalists still retain at least 50-60% of the shares.
Also the extra employed capitalist have been increased from +50 to +150(for a total of 250 employed).
To balance this you get a flat 10% Troughput bonus, because of better mangement and more motivated employees.
What this should mean is that if you switch to Public Trading you will get less investement pool, however you will get more production and bettter QoL.
Keep in mind switching from Private to Public will lower your profit margins slighlty and decrease your investment pool by a decent amount. So only switch if your economy is good and you want to improve the QoL for your pop.
