zlUI Instant Tooltip
This mod eliminates delay on popups opening and closing through a mouse over, saving you about a quarter of a second both ways while mousing around. In-game you can reduce this to 0.05 seconds but there is nonetheless a noticeable delay. This makes it instant. This is my first ever mod.
