Well, me too, which is why I made a mod to fix this issue.
Now any buffs which affect Flagellants, Free Company and Empire Knights now also affect Knights of The Blazing Sun, including faction effects, lord effects and skills.
At last, you finally have a reason to use Knights of The Blazing Sun.
