Type 4 Arisaka
The final in a long line of semi-automatic rifle prototypes developed by Imperial Japan, the Type 4 was effectively a copy of the M1 garand chambered in 7.7x58mm Arisaka with an extended 10-round capacity instead of the Garand’s 8. Completed in 1944, very few were manufactured before the war ended in 1945. Most ended up being withheld for the defense of the Japanese home islands.
This model is fitted with a standard Type 30 bayonet for close quarters combat. Press X to stab.
