The Covid 19 Pandemic
This mod aims to represent the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on a nation. Manage the effects of a spreading deadly disease through new policies, monitor the pandemic through new sim values, and ultimately attempt to eliminate the outbreak. The mod currently has 24 new policies, 5 new sim values, and one new situation with more in the works.

– While this mod attempts to focus on including all the ways national government’s reacted to the pandemic, it also attempts to represent the costs of such policies without commenting on whether they were good or bad choices that were made. The sole aim is to create a new experience for Democracy 4, not to convey any message about Covid-19 policies and mitigations. If comments are not respectful of each other, or deny that Covid-19 is a real disease, the comments will be disabled. If you choose to comment please be civil.
