Crown Battle
Equip this buddy to turn the match into a crown battle. A crown will appear in the center and fighters must scramble to grab it. Whoever wears the crown will continually earn points.
The goal for scores is 10 * the number of stocks set in the character select. If you set the stocks to 1, then the match will last until the timer runs out. All fighters have infinite stocks in this mode, as the stock counter is instead used to keep score.
Note: Do not disable stocks in the character select screen. The scoring system used for no stock matches does not work with this mode. Also, only one of this buddy should be equipped in a single match.
