Changes Tainted Lazarus’ Hair to one that was before the 1.7.5 Repentance patch
Additionally fixes flip sprite to be completely symmetrical
(If you want to only have old hair without flip repsrite, go to:

If you want to only have flip sprite, then delete "characters" folder instead).
