This mod enhance Chinese unique ranged unit, Crouching Tiger unique with unique promotion tree and states alternation.
I had been struggled to make such difficult choice that removing one of the two standard civ-specialties to keep China lead by leaders of Three Kingdom Expansion series from holding more than 5 features and becoming power-overwhelmed in game-playing.
In fact the Great Wall is far more symbolic and impressive feature to represent China than the Crouching Tiger, which is by contrast quite an ordinary weapon developed in the late Ming dynasty. More than this, the defense fortifications, like the ‘walls’ aimed at resisting barbarians invasion, were continuously constructed and maintained during most periods of ancient China history. While so, Qin Shi Huang is the first ruler with unprecedented power and mind who for the first time jointed the separated ‘barriers’ into the world wonder with ten-thousand-mile-long length and twenty-hundred-year-long presence. Such achievement earned Qin the fame of both praise and blame, but indeed binds Qin with the word ‘Great Wall’ inextricably.
Thus I made the decision, and also a chance for the less-known unique unit, Crouching Tiger, to be more history-accordant, and also proving its impressive power and significance in the game-play.
