Bird by User somehow joins Rivals of Aether! It’s whole gimmick involves building up Speed, which adjusts a lot of it’s moves.
Speed can be charged with NSPECIAL, or discharged with DSPECIAL. Additionally, doing certain things can increase or decrease Speed, like dashdancing or staying idle. Speed caps out at 20,000 – which is huge, and takes almost a full match to charge. Additionally, NSPECIAL and DSPECIAL only charge / discharge while grounded, and you can discharge it by getting hit or losing a stock. Though, that shouldn’t be too bad, right?
Another thing about Bird by User: Most of it’s moves are the same. It charges in a direction, does damage, woohoo. Speed increases both the damage and knockback of this moves, as well as how far they fire Bird in the direction the move moves in. Use this to your advantage to recover, or to dodge combos and strike right back at your opponent!
