Rat
Rat was taught the capabilities of flight and air combat from the Air Armada in order to put a stop to Eillana’s destruction. Getting really buff in the process. CSS Artwork is by Giik#0772. I wanted to put this in the description for months, but always forgot to. (It was in the changelog before this point.)

Today is June 14 aka my Birthday! So I decided to update Rat for this momentous occasion!
Rat is now on Update v3.5 (It says 3.0 on the Character Select Screen Cause I’m Dumb and don’t want to update again)
Changes that I can remember, because I started this update months ago! (Started on Otto’s Release Day)
QOL Changes:
Rat now displays at what % Rat’s Down Special will activate an All Rat Attack!
Rat has css_draw.gml now!
Fun Changes:
1. Birthday Bash can now be played by holding up during a taunt.
a. You must hold taunt to continue playing the Birthday Bash (My name isn’t Micheal)
b. If you are holding down during the Birthday Bash, Rat will start doing a secret dance
