Simson Schwalbe KR51-1 GDR DDR Suhl
Proudly present my first vehicle mod:
===========================================================================
Simson KR51-1 a.k.a. "Schwalbe" (swallow)
===========================================================================
This mod brings the mokick "Schwalbe" manufactured by Simson in Suhl (GDR – Thuringia) in the game.
The series KR51-1 was built from 1968 to 1980.
It was the newer version of the KR51 (1964-1968) and the predecessor of the KR51-2 (1980-1986).
The leters KR stands for "Kleinroller" which means little scooter.
The number 5 in the Name stands for the cubic capacity of 50cc.
The number 1 is used to distinguish it from its predecessor the KR50 (1958-1964).
The optics were largely unchanged over the decades (1964-1986).
The changes were mostly on the technical side.
