Mod that slowly automatically culture converts provinces, because the ai doesn’t do it on its own.
An event causes provinces to convert to their owner’s culture, under these conditions:
– is cored by owner
– years of nationalism are less than 1
– one of the following:
1. development is at-least 30
2. is on the coast
3. neighbors an owned province with the owner’s culture
