Description:

1. Spies first unlock upon constructing a Diplomatic Quarter.
2. Adds the Extended Network policy card upon unlocking the Diplomatic Quarter (default Mathematics).
   • Diplomatic slot card with the following benefit: +3 sight range for Spies, and Spies can see through features. Higher chance of escape when within 6 tiles of a friendly recon unit.

Abilities that unlock spies earlier, such as those of Catherine de Medici and Kawad I, still grant an extra spy slot. Includes machine-translated Simplified Chinese.
