Adds the Kangxi Emperor of the Qing Dynasty as an alternate leader for China.
Ability: Atlas of Imperial Territories Receives a randomly-chosen free technology and a free Military Engineer in the Capital whenever a Religion is founded. +2 Movement and +2 sight range for Military Engineers and religious units; after researching Cartography, these units also grant +1 Range to Siege units and Naval Ranged units within 1 tile (does not stack with Range bonus from Support units). Agenda: Controversy of Rites Likes civilizations with high Science output, provided they do not spread their religions into his Empire.
This mod requires Gathering Storm & Rise and Fall.
