Description:

When you or your subject add ‘Independence’ War Goal, that country will instantly be independent.

And the overlord will automatically add ‘Make Vassal’ or ‘Make Puppet’ wargoal(without any infamy cost).

Note: Too strong subject (e.g. East India Company) can not be a puppet after independence.
