[TP]Hollow Knight

Yea baby, finally. A mod about Hollow Knight. I played it for the first time last month, and I absolutely loved it, and Geckobold, the artist, already loves the game, so this mod was pretty much bound to happen.

Big thing out of the way first; Races. Right now, there is only one race, but more will be added in later updates.

VESSELS
Vessels are sturdier and faster than humans. They also don’t think, should never initiate raids, or wear clothes meant for humans (at least not through normal means). Even though they don’t think, or speak all too much, they still can still get traits like anyone else, so that’s fun. They also currently have six head/shell types, with different horns and such.

STAGS
That’s right, the grand Last Stag is here too, but he isn’t the last in this game. They are very similar to Thrumbos, albeit slightly better in every way except fire protection… Because they’re insects. If you have Vanilla Factions Expanded – Insectoids, the Stags will drop Insect Chitin when butchered. Oh they also have a horn you can get from butchering too. They also function as pack animals.

There are three cloaks for Vessels to choose from. They’re all relatively similar, give or take a few stat changes here and there. All are made from fabrics.

Tattered Cloak
Similar in design to the cloak the Little Knight wears in Hollow Knight.

Dark Cloak
A fancier, dress-like cloak.

Hornet Dress
An actual dress, similar in style to the dress worn by Hornet in Hollow Knight.

The main weapon Vessels tend to use in combat. There are five variants, with all after sharpened needing an increasing amount of pale ore.

Old nail
A simple nail, about as strong as a knife. Unlocked through Nail crafting
Cost: 25 steel

Sharpened nail
Stronger than the old nail, restored to its normal condition. Unlocked through Nail sharpening
Cost: 25 steel, 1 old nail

Channeled nail
A balanced blade, stronger than the sharpened nail. Unlocked through Nail sharpening
Cost: 1 pale ore, 1 sharpened nail

Coiled nail
A refined blade, stronger than the channeled nail. Unlocked through Nail polishing
Cost: 2 pale ore, 1 channeled nail

Pure nail
The ultimate weapon, crafted to perfection. Unlocked through Nail polishing
Cost: 3 pale ore, 1 coiled nail
