Field Artillery Reload Mod
Increases the reload time of all field artillery (ballistas and onagers) by 2x.
Field artillery becomes half as effective in Field Battles but are still effective against Walls, Towers and Garrisoned troops in siege battles. It takes 2.5 minutes for 2x Ballista units to destroy a wall section or tower, which is pretty fast.
Compatible with Radious Mod.
