More Amber when taking settlements for Wood Elves – Reupload
As much as I like the idea behind Amber, I feel it’s a bit too restrictive, so I created this mod.
It changes the amount of amber you recieve when taking settlements (although it doesn’t change the descriptions) to the following:
Minor settlements increased from 1 to 3
Major settlements increased from 2 to 5
Special settlements (Capitals such as Altdorf, Castle Drakenhof) increased from 2 to 10.
This means you can afford to have tier 5 settlements support themselves by giving you 5 but costing 4 to have, also allows more for your armies whilst still being able to save to upgrade the tree of ages to tier 5 at a cost of 30.
It is a known issue that it does not tell you on the campaign map the extra amber are getting, but the actual value you do get is correct. This is a hardcoded issue by the look of it.
