Reduced Pop
Simple mod that reduces world population by 1/5
-Why 1/5?
For the optimization. Too many pops slow down the game. I tried 1/10 first, but it made small countries having 0 troops. And then I tried 1/2, but the game was not fast enough.
As all population reduced by 1/5, I fixed tax capacity, bureaucracy, innovation generation to match the population change.
