Mashup Color HUD + AlterTweaks Completion Pins
(You may need to restart the game in order to get the mod working properly, API♥♥♥♥♥♥as piber20 would say).
This mod is a mixed version of Found HUD Full Color Icons created by "wolvesatmydoor", Mixed Improved HUD created by "RARE HOT CHILI PEPE", AlterTweaks – Completion Pins and the original developers of the Antibirth mod. I just merged the best sprites from both mods and improved them with minor pixel changes and alignment fixes, also adding better completion notes for Afterbirth+.

-Better alignment and distribution over the X an Y axis, making it more even.
-Pixel removal (double width line on top of the strength stat and trail on the tears stat and some minor details).
-Devil deal and angel deal indicators now resemble the corresponding door to take.
-The shot speed stat now looks more similar to Cupid’s arrow (but with a bow).
-Sprites added to the pause menu (works fine with completion note mods).
-Shadow matching for the SEED paper.
-Added completion colored pins to the selection and pause menu.
-Fixes the alignment of the completion paper to be the same before and after beating delirium.
-Minor alignment of the pin icons.
The Found HUD sprites aren’t totally mine but where tuned by me (Devil and Angel deal chance sprites were my version, though).
