When I started working on this I saw no hxh characters so I decided to do something about it
Neutral special has him throwing choco robos!
Side special has him zoom through the stage as a lightning bolt.
Up special he uh, propels himself up with a yo yo….
Down special is counter, baka.
I’ll definitely be continuing to work on this character and other projects.
Please let me know any of your thoughts / criticisms.
Also yes his taunt stuns opponents.
