RobZ Realism : Realistic Ranges Addon (Unofficial Submod) [Revived]
– Realistic ranges, accuracy and damage system for infantry weapons, vehicles and light artillery.
– Vision range increased.
Primarily designed for editor mode. Campaign mode NOT supported, but still works without crashing. Multiplayer mode playable.
> Load RobZ Realism first, before loading 4R.
If the mod doesn’t show up :
1. Go to : Steamsteamappsworkshopcontent2444501875288235
2. Copy all the content of this folder (resource folder and mod.info file)
3. Go into your mods folder : SteamsteamappscommonMen of War Assault Squad 2mods
4. Create a new folder "4r" and paste the files inside this folder
– Recommended on small urban maps, frontlines maps (with towns, forests), for combined arms.
– Useless on large maps (fields), for tanks and light artillery only.
– Adjust accuracy and spreading for light artillery.
– IRL stats for handguns.
– Large map for tanks.
– Solve the mod loading failure.

– Howitzer using "indirect fire" mode and heavy mortars are bugged (shells disappearing at high altitude, nearly impossible to fix it… so, if someone has the solution, please help us!).
– If your game crashes, disable Fog of War option.
– The mod may not download correctly, it must then be installed manually (same, if someone has the solution, please help us!).

I would like to have the files of any version of the Range Addon. So if anyone kept the files, it would be nice to share it.
If you know of any websites with some accurate values, archives or if you have knowledge about anything that can help us, we also take it.
We don’t look at balancing. Only historical data, realism, immersion, authenticity for our submod.
