Scorched City Terraformer
The vanilla Scorched Terraformer gives you a decent semblence of a Scorched City planet when used. However, it uses the Scorched biome rather than the Scorched City biome, and as a result does not use the ruined city parallax.
Per request, this alternate terraformer produces the full Scorched City biome on use, using the ruined city parallax – for when your terraforming job absolutely must ruin a civilization in the process!
A few concessions had to be made to keep this mod "unsubscribe safe".
- The terraformer is brand new – it does not overwrite the existing Scorched Terraformer. You may craft and use either with this mod subscribed.
- The Scorched City Terraformer uses the vanilla Scorched City biome. As a side effect it can trigger meteor shower weather effects! The only way to avoid this would be to create a brand new biome, which would break games on unsubscribe.
- If you terraform a planet and get meteors, terraform with another biome terraformer then use the Scorched City Terraformer again to try again. This is the only way to "reroll" the weather without cheating.
The Scorched City Terraformer can be crafted at the Terraforge with the same materials as a Scorched Terraformer.
