Adds several new hawkeye fan sizes

• 2×2 Falcon F-700 (700 thrust)
• 4×4 Rhino F-3120 (3120 forward thrust, 2080 backwards thrust)
• 4x4x2 Hippo F-5420 (5420 thrust)
• 5×5 Caelun F-5100 (5100 forward thrust, 3400 backwards thrust)
• 6×6 Olympus F-7000 (7000 forward thrust, 4650 backwards thrust)

Adds chiral-reversed fans, which have the same stats as the base version, but spin in the opposite direction.
A chiral-reversed version has been added for all added fan sizes, and the base vanilla 3×3 fan
