Beebo (v2.0 rework)
Beebo from Robot 64 (yes the Roblox game) joins Rivals of Aether!
Credit goes to zKevin for the character and sound effects, and the sprites are by me!
Beebo is a simple, lightweight rushdown character who has no complex gimmick (other than being floaty). However, he can use his Ice Cream as a form of stage control and pull in players using a plug as a whip.
Neutral Special: Ice Cream (stuns for a short time on hit, works as stage control)
Forward Special: Plug Whip (has a "tipper" that sends inwards for combos)
Up Special: Jetpack (vertical recovery with some startup)
Down Special: Ground Pound (combo tool that sends you downwards but bounces on hit)
