Water-Resistant Military Gear
This simple mod changes the base item classes of some vanilla military items, so that they are water-resistant / waterproof / rainproof like a rain coat. This will also work with clothing from mods like Cl0ud’s Military Gear and so on, which inherit the item base classes.
