Minor Faction Balance
It seemed like the minor factions had a lot over overlap and were pretty unbalanced. So I added a little more balance to the minor faction population bonuses:
You can have more then 1 minor faction at the start(but only 1 of each type, and no military with pacifist)
[10] EYDERS – 3 Dust + 3 Dust on Gas
[5] AMOEBA – 2 Food + 2 Dust on happy
[5] GNASHASTS – added 1 Influence
[5] HISSHOS – added 1 Influence on fertile
[5] TIKANANS – added 1 Influence on fertile
[10] HAROSHEMS – 1 Influence + 2 Happy
[10] MAVROS – 2 Industry + 2 industry on hot
[10] REMNANT – 2 Industry + 2 Dust on Happy
[-5] BHAGABAS – are exclusive + have a new trait called Lavish Lifestyle that gives -1 Happy on everything but temperate + fertile
