Improved Portraits
‘Improves’ the portraits of all characters in Victoria 3, matching the styles of political cartoons that came to prominence in the era. Should be compatible with any other mods that do not change the way faces are generated by the game. Inspired by the "Improved Portraits" mod for Imperator: Rome.
