heads up … If you’re runing your first time, it wont register the key actions correctly until your 2nd time loading. As soon as you restart the game, everything should work as intended. (well except for the buttload of bugs)
(these keys can be changed in the games "control" settings page)
* while Puppet Mode is active the default functions of those keys are disabled. By holding down the mouse button on an item for > 1 second, it will re-activate the default controls until you release the button. Of course, you can always press [F7] again to de-activate Puppet Mode and re-enable the default controls at any time and repeatedly.
To add items to your inventory:
Hold [`] then click on items or drag over many items. (items must be in map, grip-able, supported and not frozen.)
To equip the item:
Press [`] to cycle forward thru inventory. Press [SHIFT]+[`] to cycle backward thru inventory.
To transfer inventory from old puppet to current puppet:
Hold [`] then click on the old puppet person.
You can throw any item you can hold but only sharp items will be thrown pointing forwards.
Hold [T] and then use the [MOUSE] to aim. Let go of [T] to throw the item.
You can activate things (like grenades, flares, etc…) with [LEFT MOUSE BUTTON]. Press it before you let go of [T].
Hold [SHIFT] before letting go of [T] to activate slowmo.
Continue holding [SHIFT] for as long as you want the chase cam to follow the thrown item.
Thrown items that remain untouched on the floor for too long will disappear.
Press [R] to enter Aim/Combat mode. During this time you can use mouse to fire/attack.
[LEFT MOUSE BUTTON] – Fire Weapon / Slash with Melee Weapon
[RIGHT MOUSE BUTTON] – Stab or Thrust with Melee Weapon
If weapon becomes lodged into someone, hold an attack key/mouse + a direction key (A,D,S)
*Remember: dont place items in the person’s hands, it wont work. Use auto-equip.
Holding [SHIFT] + double clicking an item will auto-equip a weapon or item.
[SHIFT] + [CLICK] the bicycle and look for a confirmation message.
Person gets on the (activated) bicycle when the bike frame collides with person’s (_!_)
[A], [D] – Accelerate / Decelerate
[SHIFT]+[A]/[D] – Turbo mode
[W] – Pull up / wheelie
[S] – Lean Down
[ALT] – Back brakes
[ALT]+[W],[S] – specify Front or Back brake
[ALT]+[A]+[D] (all 3 keys needed) – Get down off the bicycle
*you can also [SHIFT]+[CLICK] the bike while you’re on it to jump off
If you want to flip the bike, first face your puppet the direction you want to go, then cause a collision between the puppet and the bicycle and the bike will auto flip to match the player.
Is this a "glitch" or a "feature"? You decide!
[SHIFT] + [CLICK] the car and look for a confirmation message.
Walk close to the door and then again [SHIFT] + [CLICK] the car to get inside.
Accelerate – [A] / [D]
Brakes – [ALT]
Turbo – [SHIFT]
to exit car – [SHIFT] + [CLICK] the car
* this is still in very early works.
1. Activate the modded character as a puppet.
2. [RIGHT-CLICK] on the limb of the modded character that has an attached power/function.
3. Scroll down the list until you see "Weaponize as Attack #" and choose one
4. Press [SHIFT]+[R] to enter Hero Mode
5. Hold down the corresponding attack button to aim the limb and release the button to fire/activate
It should hopefully save the limbs + identified character so next time you spawn the same character in a new game, you dont have to repeat steps 1-3.

@Agitated Alice is who thought of doing this…
I’m just the code monkey. And my interpretation of that idea is 100% based on and inspired by the legendary mods Active Humans! and AutoAim
