Want to just build with less of the pesky micro management? This mod is for you.
Special buildings, better stats for research, cargo capacity, speed. Rover, Colonist and other improvements. Lower maintanence, building costs and instant builds of pipes and power give you the freedom to build and roam from Sol 1.
From top to bottom, this mod adds features that will help you right out of the rocket.
Plobables are the items you can put down on Mars soil. This mod contains many duplicated standard basic items designated by "Plus", each one drastically reduces cost, and greatly increases output. They are found at the end of the standard menus and do not affect the standard items so you can pick and choose.

Wind Turbine Plus – 50 Power
Power Accumulator Plus – 2000 Capacity
Moxie Plus – 2000 Production
Oxygen Tank Plus – 1000 Capacity
Moisture Vaporator Plus – 100 Water
Water Tank Plus – 1000 Capacity
Farm Plus – Better Harvest, lower cost
Fungal Farm Plus – Better Harvest, lower cost
Fuel Refinery Plus – More production, higher storage
Tunnel Plus – 10X Cheaper
Dome Plus (all Domes, lower cost, maintanence and increases sanity or residents)
Storage Depots – All can store 500 of a resource (vs 180)
Apartments Plus – Increased residents. (removed increase in sanity and comfort due to issues see updates below)
These plobables (completely optional to use) allow you to land, put down ONE power source and one battery and have enough to power, water or oxygenate a dome. Instead of pepering the landscape with dozens of wind turbines, just use one or two. Or even just use on pair of power and battery to power individual out buildings or domes. No more endless fields of power, water or oxygen. Make it clean, the way it should be.
Note: this mod is specifically for the basic items and not "everything". This allows you to build fast, acumulate resources and then play the rest of the game as intended. Using Apartments Plus for example is a good way to get more people in a dome (48), get them healthy and sane, but eventually you might want Arcology or other beautifications instead of simple apartments.
This mod also introduces (again, optional) a Builders Association sponsor, which greatly increases the starting resources. The rocket is pre-loaded (overloaded) and will take off over weight! Enough resources to get everything going with no worries.
Yu can also use this mod to build in the most challenging places and have loads of fun.
You still have to mind resources and build, not every item has been decreased but this mod will allow you to gain resources quickly. If you need more, there is plenty of cash to call a cargo rocket that can carry 400% more!
Other improvements include:
– Genius trait for all colonists with a huge research boost once they land.
– No colonists specialist penalties.
– Faster, more capacity, lower power requirement rovers and RC
– Instant pipes and cables and super fast cable repairs.
– Outsource Reasearch is cheaper and lasts longer.
– Founder gains are quadripled and come in faster
– Export prioces are doubled.
– More food and passengers per rocket
– Bigger Applicant pools.
– New GMO crop that is (probably) safe to eat! It grows fast and has a huge output.

Updates:
– Changed some sanity and comfort levels back to default as they had unintended consequemces like vastly increased birth rate
– Checked on a report of issues with Pipe and Power repair, no issues visable, they are set at 85% faster. Not instant.
Compatibility:
This mod should be 100% compatible with any future DLC but warning, as this mod changes many values and adds extra plopables, using other mods along this one may overwrite some aspects or cause issues not expected. It is recommended that you disable all mods that are not specifically adding a new item. Other cheats will definately cause weirdness. As this mod is just gameplay value tweaks and it does not use null, invalid or out of bounds values.
