Elite Troops Doctrine: King Tiger
Replaces the Tiger Ace ability from the Elite Troops Doctrine with a new King Tiger call in ability, similar to what was done in the previous Company of Heroes game, albeit with changes.
Other details include:
-Removed call in resource penalty.
-Removed the one time call in restriction.
-Retained King Tiger manpower and fuel cost from OKW.
-Moved from 17CP to 13CP, in line with other heavy tank call-in abilities.
-No stat or veterancy changes to King Tiger, remains identical to OKW variant.
