Simple Mod that changes the movement of late game naval units. To be exact:
Units changed to 7 Movement: Ironclad
Units changed to 9 Movement: Battleship, Minas Geraes, Submarine, Uboot
Units changed to 10 Movement: Carrier
Units changed to 11 Movement: Nuclear Submarine
Units changed to 14 Movement: Destroyer, Missile Cruiser
