More Gore is a mod that adds even more brutality to Isaac. Experience blood, guts, and bones get ripped out of your body by hostile monsters. Doesn’t that sound fun?!

Highly recommended to install Mod Config Menu so that you can customize the mod. Specifically, there is a vignette that will appear at low health that I’m sure some people will want to turn off.
