Д-20 в течение одной минуты способно выполнить шесть прицельных выстрелов. По асфальтируемой дороге орудие транспортируется со скоростью 60 км/час. Д-20 используется вооруженными силами Алжира, Афганистана, Венгрии, Египта, Индии, Китая, Никарагуа, Эфиопии и стран СНГ
