Description:

Click on something dynamic to start a chain reaction that deletes connected joints, often causing the object in question to completely fall apart.

Default controls:
Z – Toggle whether the maximum shape limit is respected or ignored. (Note that ignoring the limit may cause everything on the entire map to collapse when you use the tool.)
X – Increase the maximum shape limit (maximum of 2.000.000)
C – Decrease the maximum shape limit (minimum of 0)
Left mouse button – Collapse the thing you’re looking at (if your close enough).

Config values:
– Limited/Unlimited ammo (defaults to unlimited ammo. Limited ammo gives you 10 ammo)
– Maximum shape size (defaults to 8000). Objects larger than this are ignored when using the tool.
– Search distance X, Y and Z (each default to 10). Used to bridge across air in case not all pieces of the object you want to collapse are connected to eachother, stopping the search early. Set to 0 to only include fully connected shapes. Set to 100 to pretty much collapse everything on the map.

NOTE: This mod works best when used on dynamic objects, such as vehicles, doors, shelves or even buildings. Do note that there currently seem to be two styles of making dynamic buildings: one using pieces that ‘hook’ around other pieces and one using joints (the proper way to do it). This mod only works with the second style, since it depends on joints to delete.

The sound effect that plays when you use the tool is the rope break sound effect from teardown itself with some effects thrown on top of it. Credit for the sound therefore goes to the creators of teardown.
