No Player Upkeep (by request)
For whatever reason, I got people from all walks requesting a no player upkeep mod, despite the fact that these kind of things never need updated. Bam, here. Take it. AN’ GET DA ZOG OFFA MY LAWN, YA GROTZ!
ORKSHUN GEN-UH-RALZ WARNIN’:
Contains no upkeep. Consume with moderation.
-500% upkeep modifier for all difficulties. No combination of event effects in the game should overcome this.
Supply lines effect bundle set to 0% for all difficulties.
I’m too lazy/busy to take an extra 2 minutes to disable the supply lines UI icon.

Disclaimer: Can be overridden by things that use the campaign handicaps table to change upkeep. Similarly, mods that change the extra upkeep per army effect bundles can cause issues.
