Description:

Are you tired of staging a siege on a city that takes 500+ years, while there is not even a unit in the city?

I know I am.

Basically this mod adds new features and fixes old features with walls. They are listed below.

Hitpoints:
Ancient Walls = +25 instead of +100
Medieval Walls = +75 instead of +100
Renaissance Walls = +125 instead of +100

Maintenance:
Ancient Walls = 3
Medieval Walls = 5
Renaissance Walls = 7

Bonus City Strength:
Ancient Walls = 3 instead of 0
Medieval Walls = 5 instead of 3
Renaissance Walls = 7 instead of 3

(Tshike only provides 1 but has a 200 hitpoint defense)

Fort Bonus (Cities with walls now provide all units fortification bonuses to boost the garrison):
Ancient Walls = +2
Medieval Walls = +4
Renaissance Walls = +6

This makes walls far more interesting. Unfortunately, Civ 6 walls are horrible. All you need in to build a few ancient walls and you are safe for the full game. Now you need to have garrisoned units or those walls won’t last very long.

Also natural disasters are very effective at taking down walls…

Sometimes there is a rare glitch where it says it is incompatible, it isn’t.
